Payment Terms: By enrolling in our program, you agree to pay the monthly fee of £750, which will be charged to your designated payment method on a recurring basis. We reserve the right to change the fee at any time, with advanced notice, so you can decide to continue.
Services Provided: Our program includes two monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with an expert, three weekly group coaching Zoom calls, and access to plug & play strategies from our resource center.
Refund Policy: We offer a refund after 14 days of enrolment for any reason. If you meet these criteria, you can request a refund by contacting our customer support team.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your enrollment at any time, and there is no fixed-term contract. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for any partial months of service. To cancel your enrolment, please contact our customer support team.
Intellectual Property: All materials provided in our program, including but not limited to the resource center and coaching sessions, are protected by copyright laws and are the intellectual property of 1% Experts Academy. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials provided without our written consent.
Confidentiality: Any information shared in private coaching sessions or group coaching calls is confidential and should not be shared with third parties. We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment if we determine that you have breached this confidentiality agreement.
Disclaimer: Our program is intended to provide guidance and support for your business endeavors. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, and any success achieved is dependent on your own efforts and the market conditions at the time.
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
